Zuriah Fisher

CAREER: Throughout his four-year career at Penn State, Fisher recorded 41 tackles, including 7 for loss with 5.5 sacks, 2 PBUs, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery and 1 QB hurry while appearing in 35 games with 11 starts.

2026: Fisher, who transferred to USC in January of 2026 from Penn State, looks to compete for playing time on the defensive line as a redshirt senior in 2026.

PENN STATE: As a redshirt senior linebacker in 2025, Fisher tallied 19 tackles, including 3.5 for loss of 22 yards (with 2 sacks for minus 20 yards), 1 forced fumble, 1 PBU and 1 QB hurry. He tallied 2 tackles versus Villanova and 2 tackles against Oregon. He notched 3 tackles, including 1 for loss of 5 yards (with 1 sack for minus 5 yards), versus UCLA and 3 tackles, including 1 for loss of 15 yards (with 1 sack for minus 15 yards), against Northwestern. He recorded 1 tackle versus Iowa and 4 tackles, including 1.5 for loss of 2 yards against Indiana. He had 1 tackle against Michigan State and 1 tackle versus Nebraska. He collected 2 tackles against Rutgers.

He did not see action as a redshirt senior in 2024 due to injury.

As a redshirt junior in 2023, he recorded 16 tackles, including 3.5 for loss of 5 yards (with 3.5 sacks for minus 5 yards) and 1 fumble recovery. He had 2 tackles against West Virginia and 1 sack against Delaware. He tallied 2 tackles, including 0.5 for loss (with 0.5 sack) versus Illinois. He recorded 1 fumble recovery against Iowa and 2 tackles, including 1 for loss (with 1 sack) versus Northwestern. He notched 2 tackles against Massachusetts and 3 tackles versus Indiana. He had 2 tackles against Maryland, 1 tackle versus Michigan State and 1 tackle against Ole Miss in the Peach Bowl.

As a redshirt sophomore in 2022, he collected 2 tackles (1 versus Maryland and 1 against Rutgers).

As a redshirt freshman in 2021, Fisher notched 4 tackles. He had 1 tackle against Indiana and 1 versus Maryland. He tallied 2 tackles in the Outback Bowl against Arkansas.

As a true freshman in 2020, Fisher appeared in 1 game but did not record any stats.

HIGH SCHOOL: Fisher, a four-star recruit, was ranked as the No. 173 player in the nation by 247Sports. He was rated as the No. 3 player in the state of Pennsylvania by 247Sports and No. 4 by Rivals and ESPN. He was touted as the No. 9 edge in the country by 247Sports, No. 45 by Rivals and No. 50 by ESPN.

As a senior in 2019, Fisher was a team captain. He was named to the

As a junior in 2018, he helped Aliquippa to the

Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) title: and

He also played basketball in high school.

PERSONAL: He earned his bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Management from Penn State in spring of 2025 and a graduate certificate in Gerontology from USC in the spring of 2026. He is pursuing a graduate certificate in Gerontology at USC. His uncle, Keith, played football at Michigan State, and another uncle, Kevin, played football at Arizona State. His cousin, Chuck, played football at West Virginia and then went on to play in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals.
