HERD FILE: Wilkins comes to Marshall from WVU where he saw action in several games, including a matchup with BYU in which he accounted for 170 yards of offense. Out of Theodore Roosevelt H.S., Wilkins was rated as a consensus three-star recruit. ESPN had him as the No. 22 quarterback in his draft class, as well as a top-25 recruit out of Maryland.
